AP) - Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia ridiculed his court's recent
ruling legalizing gay sex, telling an audience of conservative activists
Thursday that the ruling ignores the Constitution in favor of a modern,
liberal sensibility. The ruling, Scalia said, "held to be a constitutional
right what had been a criminal offense at the time of the founding and for
nearly 200 years thereafter." Scalia adopted a mocking tone to read from the
court's June ruling that struck down state antisodomy laws in Texas and
elsewhere. More...

I see. Anyone who disagrees is a QUEER.
This is a device to silence critics and suppress opposition and
dissent, and nothing more. It leaves no room for honest disagreement
and is therefore evil.

You wouldn't need this device if there were any real arguments in your
favor. If "born gay" is a fallacy, then there is no argument.
If "born gay" is the truth, then at best you are only honoring a bith
defect.
I don't know of any fathers of either political persuasion that would
jump for joy upon learning that thier son or daughter is queer.

Anyway you slice it, celebrating the "diversity" of a birth defect is
not what I would call a compelling issue......

I see. Anyone who disagrees is a QUEER.
Anyone who disagrees so vehemently, so often and at the slightest imagined
provocation probably has something to hide.

No Scalia is a queer. And there are two types. First the genetic. He's
not. Second is the psychogenic. He is that type. Homophobe, angry, overly
conservative, punative. That's this bugger to a T. Queer as a 3 dollar
bill.

Ah, brilliant logic. So there is no such thing as a virgin homosexual?
Attraction has nothing to do with it, just the "dirty deed." I am not sure
which deed you think is the defining one. Are you like Bill Clinton and
think that oral sex is not sex? Is it the old back door in/out to which you
are referring? Be careful, you are in danger of assigning a label to about
60% of teenage boys.
